May Chang, Essential oil has a light, sweet, citrus aroma and is pale yellow in colour. May Chang essential oil is steam distilled from the root and stem of the plant and is prized for its calming and clarifying properties. As such it is often used as as sleeping aid when vaporised. It is also used in abdominal massage to relieve discomfort.
