Hi! My name is Maree.

Researching and reading about the Holistic approach to life became a hobby of mine and a
passion, which encouraged me to embark on a 4 year degree.

We all want to find our passion on some level, passion creates life and fulfilment. Like many others, my path to nutrition and becoming a holistic therapist came about through struggles in my own life.
The holistic approach is a method of healing that focuses on the person as a whole, rather than just treating a specific health condition.

Holistic providers also aim to prevent health issues from ever developing by covering the health of the body, mind, and spirit. This involves the use of plant-based or natural materials and aromatherapy. The holistic approach offers a wide range of benefits that help to heal the body and soul. This approach
not only complements conventional methods but also helps to prolong its benefits.

My mission is to help people the holistic way in a safe and sacred space of learning and self-transformation.  A very dear person in my life encouraged me to start blogging so here I am.
